The Leadership Cohort is a 12-month discipleship and leadership development program. Click HERE to view the schedule.

The Cohort is for anyone who wants to grow in their knowledge of Scripture and theology in community. Whether you are an aspiring leader in the local church, parent, grandparent or student, who wants to grow as a disciple of Christ to lead more effectively, the Cohort is for you.

The Cohort has a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly commitment. 15 minutes of daily Bible Reading is expected. Of course, there is grace and room for catch up! 60 minutes of outside reading (course material and books) per week. We meet in person once a month for three hours. And for those who finish the cohort, our last meeting is a over-nighter to celebrate the journey, testify to God’s grace and look ahead together (along with some fun and food).
